Does Monowire damage scale with level?
Monowire isn't affected by blade perks, but they all just add or buff new abilities while using swords without altering base attack damage. Mostly you just scale damage through upgrading the item directly or through cyberware buffs like Dense Marrow.

Upgrades. You will have three slots for which to amplify your monowire. One slot only changes the type of damage done, which can be helpful if you sense an enemy's weakness, but the standard physical damage is a great all-around choice. Increases crit chance by 2%.

That was patched out, they are no longer available for free. Save your money and buy em. But make sure your street cred is high enough or the game won't let you even buy em. a lot of guides are outdated, make sure it references patch 1.6 if you ever look them up.
Are Gorilla Arms or Mantis Blades better?
Gorilla arms because it fits better for a military-grade cyborg. Unless they changed it in 2.0 the Mantis Blades didn't give immunity during the heavy attack finisher, and you would often die during that animation. Gorilla Arms are pretty amazing with 2.0 though!
Can you use monowire in Beat the Brat?
With conventional means, weapons have essentially been eliminated from use in these contests. Other arms weapons like the Mantis Blades and Monowire have been appropriately disabled but the Gorilla Arms are not.
Is there a Monowire finisher?
A nod to Lucy, the netrunner who uses a Monowire in combat, can be found in the Finisher: Live Wire perk on the Intelligence skill tree. This is one of the new finishers, which lets you take out an enemy with a stylish melee attack, and as the name and icon suggests, involves using a Mono Wire to finish an enemy off.
What Quickhacks work with Monowire?
Cripple movement is by far the best, malfunction cyberware is also decent. Cripple movement will make enemies more susceptible to melee attacks and also disable movement cyberware, so it's a good pair with monowire fighting.
Is Monowire good for stealth?
Monowires are cool stealth utilities because they kill silently and let you smuggle a lethal weapon into places where you might otherwise be searched.
Is cyberpunk too easy on normal?
Normal is way too easy, especially once you start getting better guns and cyberware. Hard feels a bit better, probably the best difficulty to play on if you still want a little bit of challenge. Very Hard will see you dead from just one or two shots sometimes. Melee enemies are particularly rough.
Is level scaling bad in cyberpunk?
It completely removes the sense of progression, it makes V's abilities feel weaker and the enemies become bullet sponges. As a result the game feel samey and it flattens the difficulty curve. It's a dirty way of bringing balacing to the game, regardless if the game actually needs it.
How does scaling work in cyberpunk?
The game actually has some level scaling, but it's not what you would imagine. Unmodded behaviour is: Enemies have minimum levels. Once you pass an enemy's min level they scale to match yours exactly for 4-16 more levels (this is defined per neighbourhood, e.g. Kabuki enemies start at 4 and scale up to 10).
Is Gorilla Arms better than Monowire?
Since you're doing a Gun build it's best to go with the Gorilla Arms since it actually give you invisible stat points into Body that can help you open up doors that require Body a lot easier I recommend getting the legendary one if you are planning on getting them.
Is Monowire good for Netrunner?
The Monowire is the best melee weapon for Netrunners, especially with the new Jailbreak Relic Perk that enables you to put any Control quickhacks and launch it at your enemies with your Monowire.
Does Monowire level up blades?
Monowire now scales off of Reflex/Blades, not Strength/Brawler. I know this is an old thread but does it also level blades? Yes.
What is the best arm blade in cyberpunk?
Gorilla Arms are just good all around, especially if you are looking to non-lethally knock out the cyber psychos (just avoid the bleeding modifier I have found it can kill them if you aren't too careful). It saves you from carrying around a blunt weapon to knock them out with.
